I have paid for * months plan on July *st around **** Rs. The person who arranged for this informed that I'll get a new connection in ** hours. It is now ** days, I have not received any update. I kept calling customer service and they are inefficient. They just keep saying that the complaint has been lodged and they are unable to provide any timeline. This is such a worst customer experience I ever had.
