I ported my other state numbers to U.P. airtel in November **** and purchased a family plan with other sim too,so total postpaid bill I am paying per month is ***₹ and since then I haven't even made.any calls or used any data inside the premises. Complained many a times on twitter and they keep sending same reply again and again that we are looking into the matter and get back to you soon. Kindly help.
