- No digital TV service, even after payment Open
I have been denied of viewing TV channels in spite of making payment for them. I had selected my preferred channels and had completed the payment on **th February ****. Ever since then I cannot view any channel on my TV, as they are not made available to me. I have contacted the local cable operator, the manager and the nodal officer several times but in vain. I have mailed my complaint to the manager, nodal officer, as well as the company grievance cell, but I have received no reply from any of them.
This issue has consumed my precious time (since I had to visit the Hathway local cable operator office time and again to remind him about the above-mentioned issue but he seemed to be least bothered every time. The manager, local cable operator hung up on me every time I called them.
This caused a lot of frustration as I had not only paid the channel fee (Rs.***) but also paid the due (Rs.***), which was a result of the local cable operator's negligence that he choose a basic channel pack for me without taking in my preferred channel list. I have enclosed my payment receipt and my VC number is present in the bill. Please resolve my issue, as this has become very frustrating for me.
