- No delivery no refund no business ethics Open
I bought a Queen size bed on **th May **** and I haven't received the bed or any update on the useless app or website nor the refund which was initiated on **th June ****. Called customer care * times, first * times to inquire about the delivery of the bed and *th time to initiate the refund request with a customer care representative called Amelia Dsouza and today *th time to inquire about the refund. The customer care representative named Sulochana Mahato had no idea what is the amount to be refunded. I asked if I can speak to some higher authority she says there is no such facility. I even asked her that I'm being charged for the EMI on my credit card which I used to make the purchase and how to settle that for which she had no clue and said I have to bear that and it's my problem. Is there a legal system in our country to help middle-class people like me who are being harassed and cheated in the name of online customer service by companies like pepperfry.
