I had ordered two bouquets from myflowerapp.com in Dec **** with order #*********. The delivery agent denied to deliver and thus we demanded refund. We were given a coupon code instead and now when we are trying to use that code we are unable to do so. We have been cheated. We want our ***/- refunded. Please help.
