Airtel Digital Tv

I am airtel Dth user and I have selected my pack as per trai new rule. Still, my airtel Dth is not showing any channel, my tv is in blackout stage. Customer care said their system is not working, call after * hours. It is like mental torture to us. Amount loss is not the actual amount but what we went through full day talking to cc and listening to airtel *g tone which now irritates us. Please do something about it.
