- NO BROKER COMPANY FAKE CHEATING SERVICE SCAM FOR BUYERS ^Open

This is regarding my house which I put up for sale in Mohan Suburbia on **th May **** after i was recurringly called by No broker's Tele-caller Pankaj Yadav (This is the name he told me). There is no dearth of buyers for my property, but getting it sold for price higher was the real issue.Mr. Pankaj Yadav from No Broker was desperately marketing their service who made many false disclaimers stating that they are specialized in selling properties with a good price as they have ready interested investors and registered buyers in No Broker database who are willing to invest in property.He insisted the payment to be made asap on May **, ****. He further, assured me he would allot me the best Expert Relationship manager in my locality and that the Flat would be sold faster in a month or so but not take ** days.
As it is a lock and key flat I had to personally go to show the flat. I requested for house visits on the weekends. Mr.Pankaj made me buy the package on **th May **** (NEFT payment details are with me) stating that the relationship manager would get lots of interested buyers from their company database investors for the apartment. One weekend passed and nobody came for the flat. In about the time i purchased the plan about ** days passed and they managed to only bring only * buyer to visit the property.The Plan was activated on **th May **** but on **nd June **** all my property listing photos that was uploaded by me was entirely deleted from their server and i was notified of the same.I tried contacting the relationship manager for multiple times but the number given- **********- Mr.Chandan Kumar Rai never received me on the my made phone calls he called later after * days days.When i asked him to send me the link of my property he uploaded some other photos of similar flat of mohan suburbia in my advertised listing and can be seen updated on **th June **** in the screeen shot of the App and Website and then sent me the link of my advertisement.
When i contacted Chandan Kumar Rai on **th June **** and told him that i am totally dissatisfied with the company service that was committed to be delivered to me but i was falsely assured when i signed up the plan and they never delivered the comitted service until now.Mr.Chandan said that they are not finding any interested buyers from their database in the locality.While I was initially assured by Pankaj Yadav that they had verified interested buyers in their company database and that they would help find many numerous buyers to sell of the property faster and selling it off through them would not take long as ** days.
In the entire span of ** days my property was only showed to only * buyer while the company would not disclosed any buyer details or share their numbers that their No broker app shows as * rejected buyers and the rejection remarks would just say that buyers rejected with reason by RM- Non contactable after multiple attempts or specfic requirement mismatch.
To me i sense its a Fake foul Play.They are simply interested more to pass away the stipulated timeline for the plan that was selected on grounds of NON REFUNDABLE in their company policy for a period of ** days.
i called no broker on **th day with the performance feedback and asked them to refund my money through chat as i was no longer interested in the deal as the relationship manager chandan kumar rai admitted that they dont have any buyers interested from nobroker company database that was fakely marketed initially by pankaj yadav and was successful to get me signed up the plan.
I told chandan kumar rai that if they would initially say they dont have any interested buyers from their company database which he is saying now then no one would ever sign up any plan from the company that was actually fakely marketed by pankaj yadav to me to make me purchase the compnay plan.
I have discovered that i was falsely marketed by No broker company Tele caller representative Pankaj Yadav and that the company did not deliver the service to me as promised by -
*)Deleting and Removing my uploaded Flat advertisement Plan Photos on **nd June **** although i purchased the company product Pankaj yadav insisted plan while i wanted actually to purchase the money back gurantee plan and sent my full payment of Rs.****/- on **th May ****.

*)False and Fake marketing advertising strategy by Pankaj Yadav that got me signed up the plan and not delivering the committed service of interested buyers from No broker company database.

*)Creating False and Fake logs of buyers showing interest in the property advertisement without sharing their details like phone number or email address and then rejecting the buyers with remarks that the buyer is not contactable or reachable after multiple attempts or Specific requirement mismatch.
I urged Mr.Chandan Kumar Rai to refund my money as I was not willing to go ahead with the deal on the **th day of the ** days plan(**th June ****) on Telephonic call but he said that the plan said it was no refundable but at the same time the purchase product no broker service that was committed to be delivered to me but they delivered me no service and that my advertisement was deleted and removed by them which they fakely uploaded a different photo of some similar flat and presently the plan is not exhausted and the service is never delivered until now.I already asked them to cancel the plan and refund my payment.
Request you to kindly look into this matter and help me get my payment of Rs.****.** back to my original payment account.I waited reply from Chandan Kumar Rai and asked him to contact his seniors on this matter to resolve from **th June **** but was never contacted me again.I sent them many emails but non were ever replied by them.I asked them to contact me through emails as through emails its a legal evidence proof and speaking verbally is of no use as these are fake scams going on with most of the buyers by the company.I have seen many other innocent buyers falling in their scam too.Many are awaiting their refunds from their company.Their website and Telecallers are propogating fake false cheating scam while they dont deliver the comitted service for which the buyers had been assured by them.
