Since ** May **** (the day of Amphan cyclone), my Hathway broadband internet connection is without service. This has caused me a great loss as I have not been able to do works which needs the Internet. I managed to lodge a complaint with their Customer Service on ** May ****. But nothing has yet been done from their end. Their Custome Service nowadays doesn't seem to work --- after the necessary IVRS interaction, it rings for a few times and then disconnects. Their Kolkata office in Salt Lake Sector-V has been made out of bounds from customers. I am at a loss to decide about my course of action
