- No assistance on activating channels as per new TRAI rules Open
As per new TRAI rule, I selected my channels and want them to be up and running. I have two d*h Videocon set top box but want to activate only one set-top box and for that matter, I have been trying to seek assistance from customer care. Every time my call gets transferred to another executive and after ** mins on hold, it gets disconnected. It's getting frustrated with every call. I tried to lodge a complaint on their website but it's not possible over there as before you submit I am supposed to enter captcha which is usually alphabet or alphanumeric. Attaching screenshot for reference. I am hoping that this platform will help in resolving my concerns and complaints.
