No action taken against complaint by go ibibo Open

Complaint filed against: Goibibo
I checked in at empire international hotel in Bharuch, Gujarat at 7pm on 9/3/18 as I had booked this hotel online with goibibo.
After entering the room 205 I saw a dead rat in a drover, the bin was filled with rubbish of previous guest, the refrigerator was stinking & was filled with stains from inside, seeing all this I asked the manager to give me another room.
He shifted my luggage to room 202, I found the same mess in that room too, no dead rat but stinking refrigerator, dustbin filled. I informed the manager but he took things very lightly. Also I had to call the reception desk 3-4 times to get me water & towel.
I some how made my mind to stay there for 1 night. The next morning when I went for the breakfast which was included in my stay, there was no AC in the restaurant, it was very hot there with the tables filled with left over & dust. When I called the waiter to turn on the AC he said its not working. So I asked him to serve the breakfast in my room to which he rudely said NO.
Experiencing all this i decided to ask for a refund with goibibo as I had done my booking with them. But inspire of telling them the whole issue they said they won't give the refund.
So I want to Lodge a complaint against goibibo.
Resolution Demanded: Get refund or credit for your purchase
