- NIOS payment done but still Application Showing Submission Pending Open

I made NIOS admission by paying Rs.*****.** after making payment My application still showing Submission pending even my amount has been deducted from my bank account. And I have inquire to my bank & they have said that the Amount of Rs.****.** has been received by NIOS. After that I have tried calling NIOS many times but, no one is responding to my calls. Once I tried calling NIOS Manoj Jain, Guwahati(North East) in-charge, regional Center, their phone is always busy. One can also try to contact (***-********) but it will be busy always, it seems it is only for name sake, or may be they have just kept the receiver away from phone so that no one can reach them. I have mailed them multiple times but all seems to be like wasting time. I have all my documents proof of my bank transaction with reference transaction ID where it seem that NIOS has received the money from their end. It is very shameful act of such a Govt. organization where career of students are nothing for them. They are only playing and enjoying the Tax Payers money in the form of their salary. I have attached my details as an proof of Bank statement. I want that my admission should be confirmed with earliest.
