I am doing WFH from last one year, facing numerous time the no internet problem, which effect my work efficiency this time its almost ** days, whenever I call them they kept me on hold for as long as possible & then disconnect the call. I raised my concern via mail. Request them to discontinue my connection & refund back my refundable deposited amount ASAP.
