- New Refrigerator not working Open
I have been running from pillar to post for the last ** days in order to get the refrigerator in working order. But I am appalled to note the complete apathy towards customer service. Once the purchase is complete, this is one of the worst services I have come across.
Complaint # ********** raised on **th July. Technician visited on **th July and **st July. Mentioned that the refrigerator is not in good condition. Whole kitchen is having water accumulated raising the risk of electricity shock.
After purchasing the new refrigerator on **th June, I had sold off my old refrigerator. Now, I am left with no refrigerator for last ** days since new product is a health hazard.
After getting to know from customer care that my complaint is automatically closed even when the product is not in a working condition, I was told to raise a new complaint.

This time, the customer support went one step ahead. There is absolutely no service person ca/visit. The complaint is automatically closed again.
What will it take to get Samsung to make sure that I have a working refrigerator?
I have spent ***** for a double door refrigerator but my life has become so much more stressful. Worst decision to go with Samsung.
