I bought an Mi Tv spending ***** rupees and within * months the tv isn’t working since end of March. Due to lockdown I waited and then the customer service was very bad, I had to do many follow ups and be harsh to make the technician come home and check and till date my issue is not resolved , I really regret for having an association with this company. They say the display is damaged and it will take another week and when I mailed to the grievance cell also there is no response very bad service , product quality and support. When I request for a TV replacement they are readily denying it. Even if they fix the issue what is the guarantee that the TV will not malfunction in next * months. No one is taking up responsibility to fix this.
