I am deeply frustrated with the handling of my broken headphones. Despite normal use, they broke within a month, raising serious durability concerns. Boat’s inconsistent responses, including an offer of a replacement at **% of the invoice value that was later retracted, have been unacceptable. This issue is not isolated, as numerous customers on Reddit, Youtube, Amazon and Flipkart have reported similar problems, suggesting a widespread defect. As a loyal customer, I feel completely disregarded and demand a replacement as a gesture of goodwill. Failure to address this adequately will result in the loss of my trust and future business, and I will not hesitate to share my poor experience with others.
