Order for new d*h was placed online and installation time was showing as within ** hrs at the time of booking.But when I did not get the connection or any call/SMS from Videocon D*H I tried calling them on all their numbers provided by the sales rep - no one took an initiative to provide the status of the new installation. After my call was escalated to one of the senior managers I was surprised to hear that they are not able to find any information regarding the payment made online *-* days ago. When I threatened to take the matter to consumer court they keep disconnecting my call. Even the nodal officer is not responding to my complaint email
