I requested hi reach broadband for a new connection, executive visited my location took amount for year subscription on *th May **** and promised me that connection will be given in * days . after * days I called them they said different reasons as days passed they stopped picking up my calls. I called customer care they gave head office number of Warangal I called them their response is very irresponsible now they are saying that they will not give connection to me. They wasted my valuable time for ** days and one of the executives talked to me in an abusive manner. I tried calling them at least for a refund they are not responding to my calls.
