Complaint filed against: Lacoste
I have made a purchase with Lacoste (from Lacoste.in) on Jan 20, 2018 of INR 12,275. However, since there was enormous delay in shipping I cancelled the order on Jan 27th. And since then the amount has not been refunded. I have sent them over 50 emails and made 20 calls. Out of which no email has been replied and only a couple of calls are replied. They just postpone saying that the amount will be refunded in 2 days. They are not providing the ARN number for bank reference. I am adding the proofs below. Please do the needful.
