- Net not working for days Open
My net had been off since **th of October and i had continuously and created and texted on their tickets,daily called the customer support of joister, and had been always given answer that their technician will visit home and fix the issue my recharge expired on *rd Nov then on I was reluctant to recharge again but still I called the customer support to ask if I recharge will my net be active, on their assurance I recharged and when I got home in the evening, to no surprise it was still off, now it is still off at the time of this writing on *th Nov. And I'm hearing they have low frequency of technicians, and they are busy in other fields, so this issue is apparently not a big one for them. Total waste of time.
