I would like to share a very bad experience with Myntra.
On **st Jan ****, I ordered a pack of * sweatshirts from Myntra m size for someone as a gift. It was delivered to me on time. We found out that the size of bit small so we ordered in exchange for XL size. The exchange order was also delivered on time but we found out that instead of two sweatshirts it had only one sweatshirt. I called customer service there and then which advised me to take one sweatshirt and return the two sweatshirts to the delivery boy and they are going to deliver the pending t-shirts within * to * days. After *-* days the delivery boy came with a pack of * sweatshirts but he was not ready to give it to us as it was an exchange, I told him specifically that we have already given the product to the company so we cannot give him anything in exchange. I again called customer service regarding the same issue which promised me to deliver the product again to me.
I told them that it's written exchange on the product due to which the delivery boy gets confused and is not ready to give the product back to the customer without the exchange. I call the customer care executive regarding the same issue again and ask them to deliver the pending sweatshirt or return my money back. The customer care executive told me that as per their policy they will not return the money nor they would be delivered the pending sweatshirt. I had a word with his supervisor who was not ready to listen to me at all and clearly said that as per the policy of Myntra they would not give the money back nor they would give the pending sweatshirt back to me. I have been a very old and a loyal customer of Myntra who frequently buys the product every now and then from them, I also told the customer care executive to check my order history. I don't understand why Myntra is not giving me these sweatshirts nor they are giving me the refund.
This is a very bad experience I had with Myntra and I would advice all the customers not to buy any product from Myntra.
