Hi,
I've been Airtel customer for +*years, when I shifted from Noida to Hyderabad. I visited Airtel store and requested to localize & convert one of my mobile numbers from Post paid to Prepaid. I've paid Rs.*** also for the same. After, *months or later I receive a call from customer care that my postpaid bill is pending. I explained that I converted it to pre-paid and as reference I sent photographs as requested. But still I keep receiving recovery calls from different people from customer care, they don't look at the history and past conversation and everyday I get the call but they don't try to resolve it.
I wrote a mail very much in detail of my experience and the problem I'm facing to airtel customer care ***@airtel.com, also copied to nodalofficer.andhra@airtel.com and Ceo gopal.vittal@airtel.com., but there is no reply.
After about a week I get reply saying that they tried to reach me but they couldn't as my mobile (**XXXXX***) invalid. But my mobile is working and I'm receiving calls from Airtel customer care asking to pay dues everyday. I replied asking them to respond by email, but again I get the standard message saying that they tried but couldn't as my mobile number is invalid.
I am very frustrated, it caused lot of inconvenience and mental agony. It is the number (**XX**XX**) used by my wife, it is the primary contact number for her for personal and professional communication. Now, it is blocked since few days.
