I have been facing some issues with the internet connection since the **th of June. With regard to the same issue I filed a complaint saying that I contacted the Customer care executives on the same day . It's been more than a week, since I filed a complaint and I haven't received any response from the company yet. Neither have I been able to use my internet or talk to supervisors or resolve my issue. I have been calling them multiple times since the **th, yet no one has solved my problem. I missed an entire week's attendance, my online internship and interview. My mother's job is at stake because she hasn't been able to take online classes for her students.
