Actually, I have purchased mi A* phone yesterday I got it and there is a problem with this phone. Sometimes automatically screen goes off and automatically phone restarted. So that I don't want to use this phone and as well many of the features not available in this phone (like dual apps, connection, speed etc.) I want to exchange this phone with Redmi Note* pro and whatever would be extra charges I will pay. But I discussed with mi.com he is not listening to my concern and not helping me. If I purchased with you then you should listen my problem. I will be doing PIL file in consumer court. I have given money I am not satisfied with this model mi a* so I want to exchange this phone. I know that your policy but in some cases, we have to do this. I am requesting you to please help me regarding this and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
