Recently I purchased M** *G phone from official samsug store website. After purchasing I started facing sound cutting issue while using youtube or any other site like instagram. I complained to their online complaint team but first they just ignored and started telling me to change some setting and some of them starts talking to me in loud voice. Later on I requested them to refund or replace but they first denied and later said that contact service centre team so that they can check the physical condition that phone is not cracked or anything so that they will refund. I talked with service centre * times and both the times they denied for repair and just saying to drop the phone. They are also not saying me when will they check or send me the phone. They are also saying that if problem comes again then they again send. Today I again decided to go to service centre and call to the team if problem not resolved. I visited the service centre and by luck I also successful to show the problem but suddenly she ignored the problem and starts laughing me. I called the customer service team and again the customer service team again starts talking loudly so I cut the call and decided to call again and after multiple times one again received my call and after talking lastly the executive said me contact samsung official store and they will refund the process. I also said the executive that please give me something proof that I visited the store and my phone had problem as service centre team doesnot giving me any proof but the executive said that you donot need any proof and you said that so we are trusting you and contact official site for refund. Now after coming home I again called store team that I need refund and they connected to post service team and they asked for charge sheet for the device problem. Again I want to highlight that the another executive said that service team will replace your phone or refund but here situation is different and everyone is saying different words. Even by mistake I heard the talking that phone may not repaired and refund or replace is only possible and I think thats the reason they are not agreed to accept the phone sound problem and starts laughing as may be they will be rule to ignore customer complaint.
