- NCF and paid channels not shown in my TV Open
I have got one Airtel DTH in my home. On 05.02.19, I have contact Airtel agent through phone and added the following channels for my subscription id number 3007437829
1. Zee Tamil Rs 14.16
2. Sun TV HD Rs 22.42
3. Star Vijay Rs 20.06
4. NCF Rs153.00
5. Total Rs209.64
Then on 20.03.19, I have added the following channels through airtel.in website for my subscription id 3007437829.
1. I deducted Zee Tamil and added Vijay Super and then included some free channels.
2. And the Reference id is 446660775. But the above channels are not removed/added in my account
In Airtel.in the website, it is assured that the consumer will add or deduct the channels by remote on TV by selecting the channel number 998. When selecting the channel no 998 in remote of my TV, it comes in TV ‘not available’ the channel. Also when I select the channel no 772 for Vijay Super in remote, it also comes ‘not available’ the channel on TV.
I also complain that the deducted and added channels by me through airtel.in website is not come into effect till now.
When I talk with Airtel digital TV Agent over the phone on 26.03.19 at 02.51 pm regarding the above matters, he assured that the above channels will be shown on TV within 24 hours. But till now the above channels are not shown on my TV.
When I talk with Airtel Agent on 27.03.19 at 03.10 pm, I requested him to add the following channels for my Subscription id 3007437829. I also complain him that some of the channels are not shown in my TV and When I report the Airtel Agent then and there and they assure that the said channels will show in your TV in 24 hours. I told him that each time that the agents of airtel told like that. Hence I request him that the amount for not showing the channels on my TV may be refunded from 05.02.19 onwards.

3. Sun Tamil Basic 7 Channels: 47.20

When I talk with Airtel Agent on 30.03.19 at 05.01 pm, I requested him to add Colours Tamil and he told me that he added the said channel in my account. I also complain him that the following channels are not shown in my TV and take action to show them in my TV early or you should refund the amount for not showing the following channels in my TV with effect from 05.02.19. After I found that the Airtel agent did not add the colours TV in my account

When I talk with Airtel Agent on 09.04.19 at 03.34 pm, I requested that the Zee Prime Pack may be deleted from my account and he deleted the said channel from my TV. I also complain him that some of the channels are not shown in my TV and when I report the Airtel Agent then and there and they assure that the said channels will show in your TV in 24 hours. I told him that each time that the agents of Airtel told like that. Hence I request him that the amount for not showing the channels (Noted above) in my TV may be refunded from 05.02.19 and also I requested him to take a complaint and the complaint number may be sent to my registered mobile. He told that he has taken a complaint and the complaint number is 87714627. But the said complaint number did not send to my mobile number. Hence I suspect him that he did not take any complaint in this regard.
I request the TRAI Officials to take action on my genuine complaint noted above and render justice in this regard.
