- Myntra not refunding my money back to my bank account after all my complaints and calls placed Closed

Myntra not refund my money **** back to my bank account from Myntra credit even after pointing out all their issues. I placed my first order on Myntra -Order ID # ******* ************** and got discount of *** as it was first order.
They sent me wrong size jean ** instead of **. When i tried to exchange the original item not available. The refund showed *-** days so i decided to refund to Myntra credit as it said immediate and there was a sale. When I was about to place my new order again for some other item, i called them and asked for initial purchase discount. They said nothing is there for you as my first order is already placed. I said they sent the wrong item and original item no longer available. They said i should be only getting discount on same item i placed initially. I said this is a disaster and i don't feel like placing order with Myntra. Please refund my money from Myntra credit. They said as per credit policy, they can't refund. I frustrated and disconnected the call. Next day orginal item i initially ordered became available with the size i can use and i called them and said i am within return period and now the sizes are available and they can place the new order for the same price and same size and the money is still with Myntra in Myntra credit. They totally ignored that and said price changed and I have to more. I am within a week from placing first order and their return period is * month. Their employees I spoke with are saying that what was done to me was unfair but they have to stick to policies.
Please get my money back to me very soon.. i am totally frustrated with them and they ignored my email explaining everything. I wrote to grievance officer and customer support and they just didn't even sent a reply till now.
I want to know if there is any value for me as a consumer else i will find my best way to leave the country. Amount **** and they have my original source of payment when placing order and Order ID # ******* **************
