I have done transactions of extra ****rs to GTPL on **th March.
I have requested refund from GTPL.
Still I have not received the refund.
When are you processing the refund?
The customer service of GTPL is closing the complaint without solving it.
The mail from the GTPL support is copy pasted and says they are working on the issue.
It has been * months now and the company should provide ****rs along with interest.
