I ordered shoes for Fila. Whose order number is OD******************. The price of which was ****. Due to the quality of the product not being correct, I wanted to return it, but my shoes were not returned under the policy and my account was blocked. After some days I got a mail on ** november your return request is initiated but my product is not pickup and not return my money
