On **th October, **** flipkart started their Big Diwali sale for Flipkart Plus members from ** AM. When I woke up at around *:** AM, I saw that flipkart was providing additional unexpected discounts (extra discounts) around **% on Axis Bank Debit and Credit Cards….
Looking at the discounts I was amazed and quickly after seeing the T & Cs of all the offers I placed an order for * items worth Rs.*****/- using my Axis Bank Debit Card at around *:** AM
The items are -
Lenovo M** FHD REL * GB RAM ** GB ROM **.** inch with Wi-Fi Only Tablet (Slate Black) worth Rs.*****/- and I got it at Rs.****/- (after discount)
Samsung Galaxy F** (Fusion Blue, ** GB) (* GB RAM) worth Rs.*****/- and I got it at Rs.*****/- (after discount)
Accordingly both of my ordered items were shipped on **th October, **** itself. Both of my items were half the way in transit
Suddenly, today afternoon (**st October, **** around *:** pm) I got a call from flipkart mentioning that due to technical glitch they have provided me extra discounts on my order so they will cancel and refund my money and they will credit an amount of Rs.****/- as gift card as a good will gesture…
I opposed to the executive who call me and mentioned that I am not responsible for any technical glitch and I don’t want Rs.****/- gift card instead I want my ordered items to be delivered ASAP….
The executive mentioned that they are sorry for it and they are helpless..
At last flipkart has cancelled both of my ordered items and processed my refund without my permission and provided me a gift card of Rs.****/- in my flipkart account…….
I talked with their executives again regarding the problem but they seemed helpless…
This is not expected from flipkart. They are inviting us to shop, and when we place orders they cancel it by saying technical glitch..
No this is not tolerable. I want my ordered items to be delivered or else provide a compensation as an apology…..
