- My fees not refund ^{Offered Resolution}

Respcted sir ,
Byjus counsellor had misuse the bajaj Finserv EMI card of the parents and had made false promise to parents and done EMI

After recieving the tab on ** june **** after * days we had requested to byjus to cancel the package but no response

After talking to customer care continuously they had give provided the address to deposit the tab and also not recieved the book when it comes to home and hand to hand we had send back the books .

On ** july the tab had been returned to you . Two EMI had already deducted on july * and on * august . Student had not attend the class and send back the study material to you .

We are too much irritated with byjus and also have a bad influence on student who are living near me about byju's .

I have spread the message on facebook , whatsapp , and twitter about byju's fake system .

And further I will take step towards the social media , consumer form and FIR .

It is kindly requested you to refund fees(*****).
