- My Deposit not credit to neither BitBNS Nor to my Bank account back Closed
I have deposited **** from my DBS bank account to BitBNS pay account ( My registered Mobile number is same as my Voxya account linked mobile number) on **th June ****. When i checked with their customer care ( firstname.lastname@example.org), they are asking me to Deposit **k more so that the **** will be reflected in the BitBNS pay account.. i dont trust them anymore and i need my **** back to my DBS account, Please help.
