- My cable operator has troubled me for the past 7 months Closed
I was transferred to Nabha in June and I shifted in August with family. In September I opted for Fastway cable. From October onwards I started facing trouble as there started errors appearing on my TV screen, once in a month, their cable wire used to break etc. I complained about this to the operator as well as the service centre but all in vain. The operator never listened to my complaints. Service centre always had the excuse our systems are down. And even if by mistake they lodged a complaint then also nothing happened. I am helpless for the past 7 to 8 months. Please help.
