I had a bad experience with Redbus (especially customer care support is very worst not even responded properly. I informed to more than * representatives and got a response like "will revert back quickly" then nothing happened). Kindly request you to do the quick action for this. I had booked a ticket through Redbus in SRS travels. My journey details as follows

Both tickets were cancelled without my knowledge and it was informed by the operator only when I reached the boarding place. I bring my wife and *yr old kid with me. I don't know what to do. SRS responsibilities said, it was not their issue and they can't do anything for this and ask me to check with Redbus. I tried so many times with the customer care number (*** ********), and every time they are saying, my ticket was still in confirm state and asked me to get the bus. Additionally, I booked again through SETC(paid ~**** Rs) and KPN(paid ~**** Rs) to complete my journey. It was a big loss to me in money, time, mind wise. Could you please answer me for the questions. How the ticket was cancelled without my knowledge and Redbus knowledge. If the ticket was cancelled by the bus operator, then it should be informed properly. If the ticket was cancelled by the Redbus, then how it happened without my knowledge. Hope you guys will take up this as a serious issue and do me a favour. Note: Still I got a notification/messages from Redbus like Track location, journey reminder, feedback, etc..
