AMITH NV filed this complaint against Airtel on Aug 16, 2019
I used to use DOCOMO sim Card since ****. Sim card si registered in my name AMITH NV. I had also attached Adhar card number to SIM.
My number is **********. Now due to merge of DOCOMO to AIRTEL. I had been recharging to AIRTEL's account from past * months. Sunday I recharged my account as usual pack of Rs.***. I received a message for upgrading from DOCOMO *G to AIRTEL *G sim card. I went to Bangalore, Whitefield, Vaidehi bus stop, AIRTEL Store. Store incharge officer said me that my SIM card is in another person name. All the details I provided while purchasing the SIM are correct except the name. Which i believe they have mistakenly added wrong name. I told to store incharge the problem. He did not consider my issue asked me getout of the store in rude manner. I called regarding this to AIRTEL customer care, they cut the call every time I called and talked to me insulting way.
I kindly request you to provide me solution which is consumer right to ask. Please contact AIRTEL office and please teach lesson for Bangalore, Whitefield, Vaidehi bus stop, AIRTEL Store incharge officer. So, that not any more consumers shall be insulted.
