i order placed on 5th jan and dilevered om 9th jan.i received defective mobile amd than replacement complete on 14th and new mobile dilevered on 14th.
and replacement mobile also defective.and after create refund request flipkart send jeeves company technician two time. technician tell me both time that they will update to flipkart for refund.but technician again and again fake updated that customer not want refund.please reject. technician fraud again and again two time refund request rejected.
flipkart and jeeves harrassing me . yet refund pending. please help me
