I have personal loan in Aditya birla and till March I have paid all EMI, because of covid** I have taken moratorium and they given till may **st and produced Emi on this month because of that I have charged bounce charges from the bank, I have requested for moratorium till August as per RBI guidelines by sending mail and uploading my loan details in web portal, but still they are sending message that again they will submit loan ECS which will get bounced and again I will be charged from the bank, What is the solution to take action on these people.
