- Montoyo king bed broken fault not rectified Open
I Purchased montoya king bed ***x*** with box storage rich dark on **-**-**** at Homecentre Trichy near Iyyapan temple.It broken on the middle of jun ****.I contacted homecentre,they sent one carpenter he takes photo and videos and he told, for this mattress this bed is not strong enough to hold.He just fix nails .but it broken again next day.They told we uploaded photos and videos to higher official they will take decision.They gave compliant number as ******. when i contacted customer care they told pending at warehouse.Now they told your invoice id ********** is your complaint number and also told it register only on july.No response from homecentre.when we call they told wait for one week each time.we just completed our EMI on **.**.****.we just used this bed for * months.
My claim is to either replacement or refund of money. (Rs *****-)
