Once Ambani's took over the Hathway cable they have started their regular unfair fraudulent practices here also. Not sure if this how they fool people (though it might be small.. but look at the quantity... in crores).
When we take a cable subscription for one month should it not be for one month ? say if I take on *st of Jan should it not work till **st Jan and I should be renewing it on for Feb *st onwards. So here what they do it they say ** days and even if I have paid on say * PM on *st they disconnect it in ** days say on **th **:** PM. So I do not even get full ** days also.
Now they have gone one more step ahead. It has stopped coming at **th day itself.
See attached Bill : I had paid on **th Oct @ *:** PM. And even now on **th * PM the cable is not coming...
When I called and asked, they say now instead of **:** PM they have made it **:** AM.
Is this not cheating Sir. Actually, am I not entitled to get my cable till **th Nov *:** PM ? This is how it is in other countries and hope the other cable TVs also.
Please look into this fraudulent practice of Hathway cable TV and do the needful. You may call me at any time on my mobile for more details. Like this for the last one year I am suffering every month loosing * day and now onwards will be losing * days

So, I am sure you will understand my concerns (and am sure all my fellow cable subscribers of Hathway will venge the same concern) and will act on these malicious practices and not make Ambani's more and more wealthy by looting middle class men like us.
