i loaded money in digipurse wallet in **th jan **** .i am try to send money to bank account via imps, it shows error message transaction not supported .i call to speak with customer care, he told wallet money to bank account transfer disabled by RBI , so please use ur money to recharge , paybills , and online purchases. but i can try everything, recharge not done ,online purchases also not working virtual Card declined by ur bank messege came .Again i call to customer care he told money refund as soon as possible only saying from feb * to till now .so please refund of my money
