Dear sir,
i janmejay kumar dubey want to make complaint against indian railway i have booking a tiket on dated *rd jan **** but tiket is not booked due to railway side
amount is ***** was debited from my saving account number *********** at POS machine at railway ticket booking counter number * in buxar station .
However payment was not successful as stated by indian railway and money got debited in my account .
till approx one year my money is not refunded . i am going to DRM office danapur and GM office hajipur and complaint of concern official many times but my still problem is not solved
