We went to the Brand factory elgin road brand and my boyfriend decided to buy a trouser for himself but when we went to the Brand cash counter my boyfriend's card did not work in their card machine but their card machine did not respond so we thought there was some problem with his card so I gave miine and it also did not work so the staff suggested to pay it by Google pay or Phonepe so my boyfriend scanned their QR code and paid the it through Google pay but just paying the amount the staffs started claiming how it timed out anf they handed us * bills which just mentions the present time and *time out* thing. The staff who was billing said it happens many times there and the money gets refunded within a week, so we asked for any form of proof that we can use after the mentioned time but he declined to provide anything and when I asked what we should do if we do not receive the money after the mentioned time he just did not care to respond at all and continued doing his work as if we were invisible. We had nothing else to do but to the store empty handed as the staffs there are very ignorant I and doesn't have any idea what's going around them.
