When My Client does the payment to my business account then amount automatically settlement in my bank.my client has done payment on **th May. and paytm settle my amount in my bank on **th May.but when they settle in my bank that time my bank account already closed due to KYC form on **th April.I have register complaint * or more times but they answering "please wait for * day our back end team call back you in next * day but i haven't received any call from back end team".
I have communicated with support executive around **-** times. they didn't help me yet. Sometimes they have disconnected call from their end. I never had a such kind of communication from any service. They have told me that paytm will contact me within **-** hours but after *-* days I have to call them and they are still asking me for more time and they disconnect the call.
I have attached my bank statement as a proof that I haven't got the payment yet and Paytm team is saying they have settled money the bank.
