I booked a round trip on Spicejet on **th April'** from Patna -Jaipur Flight no SG **** and SG**** . Due to some personal reasons I cancelled flight on *th May'**. I got mail confirmation regarding cancellation as well. I was expecting refund within a week, but no amount was credited back into my account. So I spoke to Spicejet customer care on **th May'** and got a confirmation status (Text Message) that refund process has been initiated and shall be credited back within ** days. But it has been more than ** days passed, no money has been credited back. It seems that Airline is cheating its customer.
Very much disappointed with the service of Spicejet Airlines.
