I wrote two emails *)to travolook *)GoAir
*) Email Written to Travolook:
Hello Sir,
I am **** from Pune.
* days ago I booked flight tickets from Pune to Nagpur from Travelook.in and within * minutes of making the payment through UPI on their website I got a call from their representative stating that the Ticket has been cancelled because the AirLine has been getting many cancellations due to which they have cancelled the flight.
And the representative told me that I will be getting that amount refunded within * days. But till now I have not received any refund from them. And I tried to contact their email and contact number but none of them replied till date. And I read their refund policy page (https://www.travolook.in/refund-policies) and as you can see it states that for all refunds I need to contact Wing - In - Travels. And I googled everything but failed to get a phone number.
And luckily I got this email id using which I was able to write this email. I am attaching all the documents that will help you process the refund amount.
Please help me with this refund because that amount is important to me.

Hello Sir,
I am **** from Pune. * days ago I had booked a flight from Travolook.in from Pune to Nagpur. Immediately after making the payment I got a call from a Travolook representative stating that the flight has been getting too many cancellations and hence Go-Air has cancelled that flight (G*-***). So he said that they will refund my money (*,***) Rupees within * days. As you can see the forwarded email which I have attached here it's the email sent by me to Travolook and their refund company (Wing-in-Travels). After all this matter I had searched online and found that many people had reported this website as fraud and there were too many complaints on the consumer forum also. This company is actually promoting their website using Google Ads and it's showing on top of the google search hence I fell prey to this trap. However while booking I didn't even feel that this website is a scam because it was able to fetch all your flight details from your company accurately which means they are using your company's API or data for Looting innocent people. I have attached all the documents which will help you to check out the details. Please help me to recover my hard earned money.
I also wanted to know whether this flight (G*-***) was really cancelled on **th May which was supposed to fly at **:** AM from Pune.
I thought of making you aware of the malpractice being done using your company's brand image.
