One year back I ordered 2 pair of shoes from from this website(www.yesstyle.com)(As per my internet search they have there headquarters in Hong Kong)worth INR 3584.I had already paid the amount.I couldn't track the items and didn't reach me for a long time so I tried canceling but the customer services cancelling.Said the shipment was lost and will be reshipped.Several emails were written and finally I had given up.After one year now the items are stillnot reached.While going through facebook I came over the site's app they had now.I loggedin and my account was still there with order status still"shipped".This time there were tracking details and so the went to the site of "singaporepost" and enquire about the item but they could give details about a 6 month old item.I send emails to customer service to refund my money but they only returned me in "store credits". This I choose times that showed"shipped within 24 hrs" so that the shippment isn't delay. But the system didn't allow to checkout the order with my store credit and asked for mandatory credit card details.Although my entire order was being covered by the store credits that I got. Again I wrote several emails and after moving in circles for awhile they agreed to make an one-time arrangement to pay me back through paypal.Asked for my paypal details and next email said the amount was being processed and to wait for 5-7 days.I waited.Then came a email stating how the accounts dept. can process it and they can only refund in credits.At that statement I was so annoyed and said them to return my money immediately and stop harassing me this way orelse I would file a consumer case against them. Today I get a reply that they were sorry to create confusion and they can only refund credits! Great now i m back to square one.Again I can't use the credits without giving the credit card details so I can't get my money in any way.I am student and one foolish mistake to buy from there site cost me so much money.I really feel wronged.The only way to contact the company is through customer service email.And in the site they have "email the CEO".where i had to put my emailid and text a problem or anything.I had messages there several times and even asked for a response but never got one.Please help me.
