I have enrolled in the Data Analyst Masters Program from Simplilearn for a period of * months, which has been extended for an additional year. However, I am currently facing an issue regarding the EMI debited from my bank account one month in advance. This has caused me to lose trust in Simplilearn.
Simplilearn arranged for an education loan, and when I approached their team regarding this matter, they informed me that I need to contact the Loan department. If I choose to take a loan independently, I will be solely responsible.
I have already submitted a request for the cancellation of classes, but each time I receive an email stating that they will respond within **-** hours. However, there has been no discussion regarding my registered cancellation request or the cancellation of the loan.
