- Money is not refunded Open
I had booked a Note-* through MI website on **th May'** using my credit card and later tried to cancel the order due to some problem with the feature of the handset.I was told by company's customer care that since the order was already shipped,it was not possible to cancel the order then.Thus he advised me to deny accepting the order at the time of delivery and once the product would reach your warehouse the money would be refunded to me.I did the same on **th May and further kept on following. Every time I was assured that the money would be refunded soon.But yet the money has not been credited to my credit card.The last follow up was done through their customer care no on *th June and I was told that the money would be credited by **th June latest.But it was of no help.
Please help me as my credit card bill payment day is approaching and I don't have money to pay the same.
