- Money Deducted from Account but KFC refused to give my order Open

I went to KFC store at Elante Mall in Chandigarh, where I ordered my food and paid by UPI. The amount got deducted from my account but there was some issue with the Billing machine at KFC store. The receipt did not print out and the counter employee refused to give me my food. They kept me waiting for **-** minutes and then the manager Mr.Ajay arrived who constantly kept saying they cant give me food because their reciept did not print out. I showed them my personal net banking account details for evidence that the money had been deducted and also showed them my Paytm UPI account but still they refused to deliver my order. I had to make payment *nd time to get my food after waiting ** mins. To emphasize , please note Mr. ajay was very rude and uncooperative towards customers infront of others and was not ready to listen at all. I took his personal number to follow up regarding refund which he never answered. Kindly request KFC to refund my money at soonest
