*. On **/** i recharged for ***rs which is *gb/day. No problem so far but strangely the data consumption seems to be alot faster than other companies.
*. So on **/** i decided to recharge for the same amount and ideally I should be getting *gb/day. I know this as I have done this before- both the daily data limit gets combined but then nothing happened. I was stuck with just *gb.
I am a college student and I have online classes and assignmnts to complete so its definitely not enough AT ALL.
*. So, yesterday **/**, i decided to try my luck again and recharge for ***rs i.e *gb/day but nothing again. In the app its written ** days to activate. I dont understand that. How can it take ** days to activate? Its supposed to be activated immediately! And after I did this recharge, even though my data was over already, I noticed that in the app i was given *gb but it got over a considerable speed.
So i assumed I would get *gb from the next day but am still stuck with *gb today. What is this inconsistency?
*. Today morning I used the net only for ** mins and then I got a mail saying ive consumed **% of data. How is this possible at all??
Since I was so desperate I recharged for **rs *gb today **/**. When I checked data balance in the app, its written *mb. But in transaction history all of these are recorded. Now Ive lost my *gb as well without having ever use it.
*. When I called *** or pressed *********# as this is usually how I check my balance, it said that I have a daily limit of *gb/day but the same is not reflected in the app.
I've mailed *** so many times but no reply.
There is no shop to go to for help.
I have made multiple smaller recharges but they get over so fast. I can use jio *gb for half the day but in airtel it gets over even before * hour. I have lost so much money cause of airtel and I cant even change sims right now because all shops are closed.
