- Money Deducted Open
I placed an Order from Marky Momos today( *th july) at *:** pm. The delivery boy called me around *:**pm saying that due to heavy rain he is not able to reach the destination and asked me what to do. I told him to wait around **-** mins till the rain stops or slows down and if in case it doesn’t stop, kindly cancel the order, because it won’t be possible for me to eat food after waiting so long( for obvious hygiene reasons). At *:** when I called him back asking to cancel the order, he didn’t pick up. And now Zomato app is asking me to pay the previous balance first which is not acceptable to me at all. The details of the delivery boy is mentioned below

I didn’t appreciate the service at all. Atleast the driver should have called me saying that he’s leaving rather than not picking up the call.
